The CRUX Investigation Group is a collaboration of eight long-standing investigation businesses strategically located throughout Australia, including IFB Investigations in South Australia.
The group was established in 2007 with a corporate philosophy of NATIONAL COVERAGE - REGIONAL OFFICES - LOCAL PEOPLE.
The founding members were unanimous in their belief that commercial, corporate and business clients alike wanted to deal with local managers and investigators, but needed the option to deal with entities that had a national capacity. The Crux Investigation Group structure is specifically designed to satisfy this requirement with our regional offices being owned and operated by experienced investigators who have run their business in the respective regions over many years.

What does this mean for Crux clients?
- Inquiries are coordinated by experienced investigation managers working from commercial offices located in the region where the work is being undertaken;
- Your Case Managers retain the ability to liaise with the local manager and/or the appointed investigator as required;
- The local managers are supported by the structure, systems, procedures, and specialist personnel that enable professional services to be undertaken throughout Australia;

The CRUX Investigation Group has implemented multi-layered management and quality control systems to ensure all investigations are undertaken in compliance with legislative requirements, satisfy client expectations, and apply industry best-practice. Our systems incorporate Codes of Conduct for our managers, employees, and investigators alike, pursuit of ISO and Australian Standards compliance and commissioning of an industry-specific web-based case management system.
One of the most important elements of the Crux investigation process is that a local manager and experienced investigators will provide the personal interaction with our clients and their staff.
